one of the things that helped me to focus on me and to be more realaxed through hard times it's meditation . all of us like the idea of it but don't really do .because we think of it this way : it's siting down with a head empty of thoughts .but and that's not totally true . meditation is a practice where you can use a different techniques and methods to get to that state . you can use an object . activity or a thought to help your mind to focus. today I will Share with you a cool process it's called 5 to 1 breath . with every step of this process you will take five deep breath in and out . here you have it -step 1 focus on 5 things you can see . - step 2 focus on 4 things you can feel . - step 3 focus on 3 things you can hear . - step 4 focus on 2 things you can smell . and finally step 5 focus on 1 thing you can taste . 5 to 1 breath it's a process that will not only help you to meditate but also to be more of a mindful person . for having a clear mental state and for more emotional balance. meditation is always your key to achieve it .
